Sameer Kapoor, Fellow Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), founded Kapoor & Chauhan LLP in 2014. With over 27 years of experience in Direct Tax litigation and advisory, he continues to play a central role in the firm’s management and is widely recognized as a Tax Planning Strategist by clients and peers alike. Sameer brings extensive expertise across diverse business environments, combining an entrepreneurial perspective with creative solutions for domestic and international tax matters. His advisory portfolio includes tax restructuring, transfer pricing, audits, wealth and business-building strategies, succession planning, evaluation of investment opportunities, and RBI & FEMA compliance.
